2 celery stalks, sliced thinly along a diagonal		More products

6 asparagus stalks, sliced thinly along a diagonal		More products
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, plus extra for garnish		More products
2 large beautiful cabbage leaves		More products

Assemble all the ingredients together and chop the chilli, celery, onion, asparagus and tomato as directed above.
Set aside the asparagus tips for now.
Mash the avocado and chilli together in a large bowl.
Then add in the celery, onion and asparagus stalks.
Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture and add the pumpkin seeds.
Roll both the cabbage leaves into cones adding half the sliced tomatoes to each of them.
Next also add the green stuffing.
Finally, add the asparagus tips, so that they are sticking out of the top of each cone.
Garnish with the remaining pumpkin seeds and a couple of lemon wedges. Enjoy!
