Purchase Ledger/Admin Assistant

Would you like a job in a busy, friendly office?
We are looking for someone to help in our city centre accounts/admin offices with data processing, filing related to our purchase ledger along with other administrative tasks. You will be helping our purchase ledger controller to maintain accurate, up to date data, matching, clearing and filing purchase invoices.
You need to have good investigative skills and the ability to communicate clearly with the rest of the team. You should have good processing speeds and need to be able to work accurately at speed. You will need to be comfortable using computers and have strong numeracy skills.
The role is part time (16 hours) and hours can be arranged within normal office working times (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm) to suit the candidate.
Full training will be given.
