Real Foods Click & Collect Services

Real Foods now have two Click & Collect services. We are excited to announce the arrival of our new socially distanced Real Foods Click & Collect Extra service, which joins our pre-existing Real Foods Click & Collect Classic service. Read on to find the service that best suits you.

Real Foods Click & Collect Extra

Our new socially distanced service enabling you to order organic fresh fruit and vegetables, organic fresh greens, fresh drinks, chilled foods, eggs, fresh bread and other basics, without stepping foot inside our Broughton Street shop

Service availability
Order placement and collection: Wednesday only - place orders Wednesday between 6am to 12 noon for collection 
7pm to 8pm the same day
Collection site: Available at our Broughton Street shop only
 

What can you order?

This service enables you to order all ambient goods shown on our website along with fresh organic fruit and vegetables, organic fresh greens, fresh drinks, chilled foods, fresh breadeggs & other basics.

Frozen goods are not available with this service and can only be purchased instore.

Placing orders

• Orders can only be placed via the Real Foods website between 6am and 12 noon on Wednesdays.
• Please ensure you leave plenty of time before 12 noon to complete your basket as the service will close promptly.
• There is an order quota and when that quota is full the service will close - this may be before 12 noon.

Confirmation of order

You will receive an email confirmation of your order once you have checked out.

Stock availability

Stock is correct at time of ordering but is subject to change and some items may be sold out before orders are picked.
All orders will be fulfilled as far as possible with available stock.

Collection of orders

• Orders will be ready for collection on the same day as ordering between 7pm & 8pm that evening. You will not be able to collect the order outside of these times.
• Please come to Real Foods shop at 37 Broughton Street and ring the bell on the main front door.
• Remember to bring your order number and photo ID for collection.
• Social distancing - one customer collecting at a time at the door. If there is already a customer at the door on arrival please queue with minimum 2 metres spacing.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

You can ask someone else to collect the order for you but please give them a note confirming that you have asked them to collect it for you.
Please make sure anyone collecting on your behalf brings your order number with them.

Non collection of orders

Orders not collected within the specified pick up time will be cancelled and goods returned to stock. The handling fee cannot be refunded in these instances.

Real Foods Click & Collect Classic

Avoid queuing and choose from over 10,000 products in the comfort of your own home for collection instore

Service availability
Order placement and collection: Orders can be placed 24/7 for collection when notified
Collection site: Available at either of our Edinburgh shops
 

What can you order?

• This service enables you to order all ambient goods shown on our website.
• These products are not available using this service: fresh organic fruit and vegetables, organic fresh greens, fresh drinks, chilled foods, eggs, fresh bread and frozen goods. However, you are welcome to purchase these items separately in our stores when you come to collect anything else you might have ordered.
• For socially distanced Click & Collect ordering including fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh drinks, chilled foods and eggs, use our Real Foods Click & Collect Extra service, as shown above.

Placing orders

You can place orders using our Real Foods Click & Collect Classic service at any time.

Please note that this is not a same day service.

Confirmation of order

We will email you an order confirmation and keep you advised of the progress of your order.

Stock availability

If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will send you an email with details, you can choose to cancel the out of stock item(s) and we will prepare it for collection the next day. Alternatively, if you are happy to wait, we will hold the order for up to 7 days to allow any outstanding items ordered to be included.

Collection of orders

• When your order is available for collection we will confirm details of the chosen store address and opening times.
• Please do not visit to collect without first having received email confirmation that your order is ready for collection
• For collection of orders please bring a copy of your email, printed or electronic, and proof of ID
• Once your order is ready you will have 28 days in which to collect your order. You will receive a reminder email at 14 and 21 days.
