Our new, expanded service enables you to order organic fresh fruit and vegetables, organic fresh greens, fresh drinks, chilled foods, eggs, fresh bread and other basics, for collection at our Broughton Street shop at a time of your choice.

This service does not allow you to buy fresh, chilled or frozen products, but does allow you collect from our Tollcross shop if that suits you better.

• However, you are welcome to purchase these items separately in our stores when you come to collect anything else you might have ordered

• There is an order quota and when that quota is full the service will close - this may be before 12 noon.
• Please be aware that there is a handling fee for all socially distanced Click & Collect Extra Orders. Orders 0-2.50kg are charged at £2.99. Orders 2.51kg-30kg are charged at £4.99. For orders collected within shop opening hours there are no handling fees.

Stock availability

Stock is correct at time of ordering but is subject to change and some items may be sold out before orders are picked.
All orders will be fulfilled as far as possible with available stock.

If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will send you an email with details, you can choose to cancel the out of stock item(s) and we will prepare it for collection the next day. Alternatively, if you are happy to wait, we will hold the order for up to 7 days to allow any outstanding items ordered to be included.

 

Collection of orders

• Orders will be ready for collection within the time slot chosen at the time of placing the order. You will not be able to collect the order outside of this time slot.
• This service is only available at 37 Broughton Street. For socially distanced collection please ring the bell on the main front door.
• Remember to bring your order number and photo ID for collection.
• Social distancing – Please remember to give customers and staff a minimum of 1 meter space in the shop or when queueing.

Collection of orders

• When your order is available for collection we will confirm details of the chosen store address and opening times.
• Please do not visit to collect without first having received email confirmation that your order is ready for collection
• For collection of orders please bring a copy of your email, printed or electronic, and proof of ID
• Once your order is ready you will have 28 days in which to collect your order. You will receive a reminder email at 14 and 21 days.

You can ask someone else to collect the order for you but please give them a note confirming that you have asked them to collect it for you.
Please make sure anyone collecting on your behalf brings your order number with them.

Non collection of orders

Orders not collected within the specified pick up time will be cancelled and goods returned to stock. The handling fee cannot be refunded in these instances.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for uncollected orders.
