100g cooked lentils More products
1 tbsp raisins More products
2 tbsp unsalted peanuts More products

Method

  • Melt the butter in a pan, add onion, carrots, pepper, tomatoes, apple, garlic and sage and fry gently for 15 mins.
  • Add the lentils, raisins, peanuts, salt and pepper and continue to cook for 3 mins
  • Mix together th yoghurt and cream cheese in a bowl blending well.
  • Stir into the vegetable mixture and heat gently for 3 mins.
  • Serve immediately with rice, crusty bread or on its own.
