2 tbsp olive oil More products
1 garlic clove crushed More products
1 tbsp lemon juice More products

Method

  • Combine the rice and millet in a bowl and mix in the peppers,celery,spring onions,tomatoes and nuts.
  • In a separate bowl mix the oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs.
  • Season to taste with the pepper.
  • Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
