Method

  • Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out centre.
  • Add the tomato pulp to the other ingredients and finely chop.
  • Mix well and fill tomato halves.
  • Great for a side dish or for finger food try using cherry or small tomatoes.
  • Makes 12 cups.
