About Organic Cucumber Mini UK

To be "cool as a cucumber" add them to your salads and sandwiches, or pop them on tired eyes to refresh yourself! Cucumbers are a very good source of the vitamins C and the mineral molybdenum. They are also a good source of vitamin A, potassium, manganese, folate, dietary fibre and magnesium and contain the important mineral silica. Store fresh cucumbers in the fridge for up to one week.

Basic Raw Green Juice Recipe

Summary: This is a basic green juice recipe. Cucumber and celery have very mild flavours, and spinach is fairly mild too. The lemon and the ginger nicely round it off , and it has apples for sweetness. Feel free to add kale or any other greens you have on hand, like parsley and pea shoots, if you are feeling bold and adventurous. I always use organic fruits and vegetables when possible, so that I can use them whole, skins and cores. But if you use anything non organic, please make sure you wash it and peel it.
