Method

Combine the rocket,pear and salad leaves in a large bowl.
Shake the olive or rapeseed oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a screw top jar with the lid screwed on.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and scatter the hard cheese shavings and pine nuts over the top.
