About Organic Radish Black

These are large black skinned roots with pure white crisp flesh. Ideal for salads, stir-fries and cooking. They are rich in vitamin C and also contains B vitamins and sulphur as well as a variety of chemicals that increase the flow of bile which play an important positive role in the digestion and detoxification process.

I peel and grate these radishes and then mix with finely sliced leeks, add seasoning and a dash or two of oil and mix again and serve. Really a lovely salad and very healthy and nutritious. I'm so happy I finally found somewhere in the UK to buy them. Delivery was very fast and they were delivered in perfect condition. I hope they're in stock the next time I need to buy.

I can't buy these  black raddishes in a supermarket and personally I much prefer to add these to my salads than the more common red ones.

Summary: Kimchi is a delicious spicy Korean salted fermented pickle often eaten asa side dish. It's actually a very simple and easy recipe to make at home,and a good result is not difficult with the right ingredients.
