Morgan's Jazzy Baked Beans Recipe

Very quick and very healthy...all done in one pot.

You will need

1 onion finely sliced More products
Small lump of ginger finely chopped More products
2 cloves garlic finely chopped More products
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil More products
1/2 tsp paprika More products
1 tsp tumeric More products
1/2 tsp ground cumin More products
1 tsp madras spices
Handful of broccoli florets More products
One tin baked beans in tomato sauce More products

Method

  • Fry the onions, ginger and garlic in the olive oil.
  • Add the paprika, tumeric and cumin along with the madras spices.
  • Add the broccoli and cook for a further 4-5 mins stirring occasionally.
  • Add the beans and cook for a further 5 mins.
  • Serve whilst hot.
