1 clove garlic More products
1 tbsp tahini More products
1 tbsp olive oil More products
ground cumin, optional More products
juice of one lemon. More products
Salt More products

Method

  • Put the garlic, chickpeas in a food processor, add the tahini and olive oil, a pinch of salt and cumin (optional) and the juice of a lemon.
  • Whizz it all together until you get the desired consistency.
  • If it seems too dry add a little more oil and whizz again.
