Homemade Gluten Free Herb Bread Recipe

This delicious vegan gluten-free herb and seed bread is really easy to make at home. Pictured with our Pumpkin & Red Lentil Spread.

You will need

500g white or brown gluten free bread flour mix More products
500ml lukewarm water
3 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp dried yeast More products
1 tsp salt More products
1 tsp sugar More products
1 tbsp chia seeds More products
2 tbsp flaxseeds OR More products
2 tbsp shelled hemp seed

  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon to create a dough.
  • Transfer into a loaf tin measuring approx 11cm by 21cm. You can grease the tin to prevent sticking.
  • Cover with a cloth and let the dough proof for about 30 - 40 mins at room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C and bake for about 40 minutes.
