I bought these organic flaxseed and found they added a subtle, quite nutty flavour that improves a range of dishes I have made. Works well with sweet and savoury recipes. And also sprinkled on yogurt, it's not too strong a flavour though.

I throw linseed in EVERYTHING - they're brilliant for you and taste pretty good, I chuck them in salads and sandwiches, through my morning porridge and occasionally in yoghurt or smoothies - it's really good for your skin all those omegas.
