1 tbsp sunflower oil More products
1 clove garlic crushed More products
1 organic lemon, zest and juice More products
5 tbsp soya milk

Method

  • Gently saute the onion until soft, then cool
  • Drain the silken tofu and place in a blender.
  • Add the lemon juice, half the zest, garlic, soya milk, shoyu, sage and broad beans.
  • Blend to desired consistency.
  • Season to taste serve garnished with lemon zest.
  • Serve with raw vegetable crudities.
