You will need

1 avocado chopped More products
100g kale shredded More products
1 large tomato diced

2 Tbsp or 30 ml flax seed oil More products
1 lemon, juiced More products
1 tsp sea salt, to taste More products
Pinch of cayenne More products

Method

  • Using your hands, toss together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze as you go to wilt the kale and cream the avocado.
  • Serve immediately or allow the salad to sit and soften further for up to a couple of hours.
  • You can also add some chopped fresh herbs or finely diced raw vegetables of your choice.
