About Organic Cashew Nuts Whole

Cashews are a creamy delicious nut. They are a very good source of monounsaturated fats (high in oleic acid which promotes good cardiovascular health) and copper, and a good source of magnesium and phosphorus. Eat raw or sauté for a few minutes and sprinkle through salads, vegetables or mix with maple syrup and make a wonderful topping for dessert.

Good quality Cashew.

I really got into cashew nuts when I discovered raw food, and they are now a staple in my basket. Pre-soaked or not, processed to different consistencies in my food processor or my high speed blender, they are great to make raw vegan cheeses, all sorts of sauces, in cakes, you just name it.

I always though MandS had the best of everything - I was wrong. Real Foods cashews are much fresher and tastier than any I bought anywhere else.
