About Organic Kiwi Fruit
Originally known as the Chinese Gooseberry, back in the 1950s, it was renamed "Kiwi Fruit". This delicious fruit is wonderful when scooped out of its skin with a spoon but it also makes for great juice and the perfect accompaniment for ice cream. Packed with more vitamin C than an equivalent amount of orange, the bright green flesh of the kiwifruit speckled with tiny black seeds can add a dramatic tropical flair to any fruit salad.
Kiwifruit is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of dietary fibre. It is also a good source of the minerals potassium, magnesium, and copper. In addition, kiwifruit is a good source of the antioxidant vitamin E.
Customer reviews
We made these into fruity choc ices recently and they were gorgeous! Slice them into rounds (about an inch) and freeze them with a lollipop stick inserted. Then melt 2 parts dark choc to 1 part coconut oil and dip the frozen kiwi fruit in the mix and freeze again. So easy and even the adults at the party wolfed them down!

I wanted to look especially good for my daughter's wedding and I found that the Kiwi and Papaya face mask that I could make myself from the recipe on this site gave my skin a great natural glow.
