Ingredients: 2 kiwis, peeled and diced; 2 apples. peeled, cored and diced; 1 punnet or about 100g fresh raspberries; half punnet or about 200g fresh strawberries; 2 tbsp orange marmalade OR; 2 tbsp mixed citrus fruit marmalade; 2 tbsp strawberry spread; 2 tbsp raspberry spread; 2 tbsp red onion marmalade or your favourite pickle; 1 lemon, juiced; 6 tortillas; about 50g butter, melted; cinnamon to sprinkle

Try this for a fruit packed snack. You can vary the fruits according to what is in season and use gluten free tortillas if you follow a gluten free diet.

Method

Combine the fruits, fruit preserves, onion marmalade or pickle and lemon juice in a large bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
Coat the tortillas with melted butter. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with cinnamon.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.
Allow to cool approximately for 15 minutes and serve with the chilled fruit salsa.
