About Original Arran Mustard
A traditional mustard with strong Arran heritage, super with quick and easy foods such as hotdogs or burgers. Or why not mix with other ingredients such as white wine, stock, chopped shallots and double cream to make a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for pouring over dishes.
Arran Fine Foods can be found in the pretty village of Lamlash on the beautiful Isle of Arran. Their small factory started life nearly forty years ago, when they first started producing their great tasting mustards from a tiny kitchen on the island. Sold locally, they started to become very popular with the locals and tourists. Arran Fine Foods use herbs grown locally in soil fertilised with wild seaweed from the shores of Whiting Bay on Arran. They also use elephant garlic and fresh beetroot grown alongside the herbs. These superb local ingredients are used in the fine mustards and tasty chutneys they produce.
