about 5g dried sea lettuce, rehydrated in room temperature water for at least 10 minutes

1 lettuce of your choice, washed and roughly shredded

1 tsp wholegrain mustard More products
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Layer the lettuce, avocado, strawberries and seaweed on 2 pretty plates.
  • Pour some dressing over, season with freshly ground black or pink peppercorns and enjoy.
