Miso mustard Dressing :
1 tsp sweet miso More products
1 tsp wholegrain mustard More products
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil More products
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar More products
2 Tbsp filtered water

Method

  • Layer the lettuce, avocado, strawberries and seaweed on 2 pretty plates.
  • Pour some dressing over, season with freshly ground black or pink peppercorns and enjoy.
