Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Extract is an extraction of gourmet vanilla beans, made from the finest quality vanilla beans using a unique technique employed for the past 100 years. The delicate aromatics are captured and aged to produce a rich and subtle flavour for the most discerning taste. Taylor & Colledge's vanilla is famous for its unparalleled quality and strength.

For a rich authentic pure vanilla flavour use 1 teaspoon per 200ml of milk, cream, custards and puddings. Where possible add extract after heating stage to preserve the fine aroma. Try putting some in your home made smoothies, for a superb taste.
