¼ cup soya milk

½ tsp vanilla extract More products
½ cup granola More products

Method

  • In a blender, puree açaí, strawberries or mixed berries, yogurt, soya milk, and vanilla for 1 minute, until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola and fruit.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Variants: Crumbled cookies may be exchanged for granola. Other fruit (such as bananas or mangoes) may be substituted in like amount for strawberries.
