Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Extract is an extraction of gourmet vanilla beans, made from the finest quality vanilla beans using a unique technique employed for the past 100 years. The delicate aromatics are captured and aged to produce a rich and subtle flavour for the most discerning taste. Taylor & Colledge's vanilla is famous for its unparalleled quality and strength.

For a rich authentic pure vanilla flavour use 1 teaspoon per 200ml of milk, cream, custards and puddings. Where possible add extract after heating stage to preserve the fine aroma. Try putting some in your home made smoothies, for a superb taste.

Summary: What I love about these brownies is that although they are as rich and dense as the traditional variety, these are chock-full of goodness : the nutrition deprived ingredients in a typical brownie recipe are replaced by highly nutritious whole foods. Protein, Fibre, Folate, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium and Copper - rich Aduki (or Adzuki, or Azuki) beans instead of white floor. Fibre, Vitamin E, Manganese and Copper - rich hazelnuts, instead of extracted vegetable oil or butter. And finally, they are sweetened with whole dates, instead of white sugar or other extracted sweeteners. Grain free, gluten free, can be made vegan ... Yet, as good as chocolate brownies get.
