Vegan Yoghurt, Garlic and Mint Dip Recipe

This is our recipe for vegan tzatziki, the traditional greek yogurt, garlic and mint dip or sauce. Simply replace the dairy yoghurt with a plain, natural dairy free alternative of your choice. For a firmer dip, we like to choose greek style soy yoghurt, which has simply been drained to reduce the water content of normal soy yoghurt. Also, to drain even more liquid out the grated cucumber, squeeze it gently through some muslin cloth, a clean kitchen towel or a nut milk bag.
