Method

Bring half a cup of the broth to simmer, over a medium heat.
Add garlic and onion and cook for about 5 minutes, until onion is translucent and tender.
Stir in the coriander and cinnamon and cook for a minute.
Add the bulghar wheat and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add the remaining broth (3 1/2 cups) and tomatoes with their juices and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until bulghar is tender.
Stir in lemon juice.
Garnish with parsley and feta.
