Method

In a large bowl mash the drained chickpeas.
Stir in the hazelnuts,onions,carrots,tomato puree and egg and mix well. Season to taste.
Divide the mixture into 4 and shape into burgers.
Coat the outside of each burger with the breadcrumbs.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Grill or barbeque the burgers for 3-4 mins on each side.
Serve in bread rolls with accompaniments of your choice.
