2 cans of cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed More products
1 red onion thinly sliced More products
1 medium red pepper finely chopped

3 tbsp olive oil More products
juice 1 lime

Method

  • Combine the chickpeas with the onion ,pepper and coriander.
  • In a screw topped jar mix together the crushed garlic, oil and lime juice.
  • Pour over the chickpea salad, mix well and chill in fridge.
