Excellent chocolate for baking. I love to use this in recipes where I replace the flour with almond flour. This chocolate with almond flour just works beautifully. Try making brownies with ground almond and Green and Black 70% chocolate and you won't be disappointed. Moreish! I do a lot of baking and find that if I buy a case from Real Foods, an excellent price per bar. Very good value.
By on A fabulous cooking/baking chocolate that is organic as well. Real Foods have it fabulously priced, even cheaper than Tesco's. I use it for making my ground almond brownies as well as for Torta Capresa. Beautiful tasting dark chocolate.
