About Organic Apples Cox's

Apples are a good source of dietary fibre and vitamin C. Most of the apple's fibre is contained in its skin, as is the majority of its quercetin, a potent antioxidant. Choosing organically grown apples means that you can avoid any pesticide residues or petroleum-based waxes in the skin.

The quintessential British variety. A refreshing sharpness in the eating which really cleanses the palate, crunchy with an almost granular texture to the flesh, all great qualities to an apple in my book.
