Customer reviews
For us butternut squash is a gourmet item, and those from real foods are the cream of the crop. No two real foods squash ever taste the same - slight variations in sweetness, colour and texture - and they are all simply delicious. I roast then in a light coating of organic olive oil with organic sunflower seeds scattered on the bottom of the roasting tin, and serve with organic polenta (also roasted separately in organic olive oil with a slice of organic salted butter), lightly boiled broccoli and cubes of feta cheese. This is a regular on our supper menu and was our Christmas dinner last year!

Roasted butternut squash and onion soup is one of the nicest signs of approaching winter that I can think of.
