About Organic Bread Sourdough
Garvald Edinburgh is a Scottish Charity offering creative opportunities and support for people with learning disabilities and have been operating in Edinburgh since 1969.
Members are involved in baking, packing and delivery of orders. Working as a team is an important aspect of the bakery workshop in order to meet deadlines and maintain a consistently high quality in all products.
Activities include a working organic bakery and confectionery making and delivering a range of bread, cake and biscuits.
