All you want from your coconut oil: raw, virgin (not hydrogenated), cold extracted, organic. And in a glass jar. Great for cooking or to use raw (after melting). You can also feed it to your skin and hair, make soap out of it...

Summary: These pancakes have a lovely sweet and nutty flavour, thanks to the chestnut flour. You can use half chestnut half spelt, like I do, or half rye flour, half chestnut flour.
