Vegan mashed parsnip and celeriac

Another mash recipe, this time with sweet parsnips and earthy celeriac, seasoned with roasted garlic salt.

Method

  • Chop the parsnip and celeriac into smallish cubes and steam.
  • Meanwhile roast the garlic cloves in a little coconut oil in the oven.
