225g thin green beans, cut into 4cm lengths approx
2 cans of beans your choice, must be drained and rinsed: eg
1 x 400g cannellini beans More products
1 x 400g borlotti beans More products
2 tbsp olive oil More products
2 tbsp cider vinegar More products
125g washed baby spinach leaves

Method

  • Steam the green beans until tender refresh with cold water and drain.
  • Mix together the green beans, cooked beans,olive oil and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Serve on a bed of spinach leaves.
