Gluten Free Roasted Kale Chips Recipe

This is perhaps the most exciting thing to do with kale. So much better for you than potato crisps. This serves 4 normal people. Double up the quantities for real kale chips lovers.

You will need

1 bunch green kale OR More products
1 bunch black Cavalo Nero kale More products
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil More products
1/4 tsp sea salt More products

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 150 C.
  • Wash and spin dry the kale. Discard the hard stems and roughly tear the kale into bite-size pieces.
  • Toss the kale with the olive oil and salt and spread it out onto 2 baking sheets.
  • Roast for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy, making sure you check on them regularly so they don't get a chance to burn.
  • Eat like potato crisps.
