Method

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the almonds, stirring them frequently, until lightly toasted. Remove from heat, and set aside.
In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the oil, vinegar, honey or pomegranate molasses, mustard and garlic. Set aside.
In a large bowl, gently mix together the toasted almonds, romaine lettuce, strawberries, and feta cheese. Cover with the dressing and toss to serve.
