Ingredients: 1 head chinese greens, roughly chopped OR; 1 head chinese cabbage, roughly chopped OR; 1 head Pak Choi, roughly chopped OR; 1 head spring greens, roughly chopped OR; 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil; 1 small red onion, chopped OR; 2 shallots, chopped; 4 cloves garlic, crushed; 1/2 to 1 tsp crushed chillies (optional); 2 tbsp tamari OR; 2 tbsp liquid aminos; a handful flaked almonds

Try this quick dinner recipe and you might be surprised at how fast and easy yet satisfying it is. For a more substantial meal, serve with black, red or brown rice.

Method

Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the chopped onion or shallots and stir fry for a minute.
Add the roughly chopped greens and cook until just wilted.
Add the crushed garlic, chillies if using, tamari or liquid aminos and stir fry for 2 minutes.
To serve, top with almond flakes roasted in a dry pan for a few minutes.
