2 tsps sunflower oil More products
4 medium bananas More products
Maple syrup, optional OR More products
Raw honey, optional OR More products
Fruit Puree, optional More products

Method

  • Sieve the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
  • Add the eggs and slowly pour in the milk, stirring continuously.
  • Add the oil and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Cut the bananas on the diagonal into thick slices.
  • Grease the inside of a frying pan with a small amount of oil.
  • Once the pan is hot, pour in approx 3 tbsps of the mixture, then top with a few slices of banana.
  • Once tiny bubbles appear in the batter, flip the pancake over.
  • Keep warm while you make the other pancakes.
  • If using, drizzle with maple syrup or honey or top with fruit puree.
  • Serve.
