Method

  • Saute the onions, garlic and chilli, then add the bouillon, shoyu and tomatoes.
  • Now add the chopped vegetables and cook until soft.
  • Finally add the beans.
  • Tip into an ovenproof dish, arrange the sliced cooked potatoes in a layer on top and sprinkle with the cheese or drizzle with olive oil if vegan.
  • Bake in a hot oven (200) until the top is golden.
  • Serve with green salad or vegetables.
