Method

  • Peel the pineapple and chop it into pieces small enough to fit in your blender. Leave the pineapple core out if your pineapple is not very sweet.
  • Peel the mango and add the flesh to the blender. Halve the passion fruits, scoop the flesh and seeds with a spoon, and add that to the blender too.
  • Add the turmeric and maca, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in soup bowls, topped with fresh or frozen berries if you wish.
