Vegan Haggis Crostini Recipe

Method

  • All you need is some Ciabatta bread which you slice quite thinly and lightly toast.
  • Rub a clove of garlic over the toasted surface and add a few drops of olive oil.
  • Spread on some hot vegetarian haggis and add finely chopped fresh vine tomatoes.
  • Garnish with a sprinkling of freshly chopped herbs such as basil or parsley.
  • Finally add olives according to taste.
