Chinese Greens and Almonds Stir Fry Recipe

You will need

1 head chinese greens, roughly chopped OR
1 head chinese cabbage, roughly chopped OR

2 tbsp toasted sesame oil More products
1 small red onion, chopped OR More products
2 shallots, chopped More products
4 cloves garlic, crushed More products
1/2 to 1 tsp crushed chillies (optional) More products
2 tbsp tamari OR More products
2 tbsp liquid aminos More products
a handful flaked almonds More products

  • Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the chopped onion or shallots and stir fry for a minute.
  • Add the roughly chopped greens and cook until just wilted.
  • Add the crushed garlic, chillies if using, tamari or liquid aminos and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • To serve, top with almond flakes roasted in a dry pan for a few minutes.
