About Organic Butter Beans
Butter beans are ideal for soups, casseroles, salads and pates. Blend them into your favourite soup recipes for a smooth velvety texture. Use in chilli instead of red kidney beans.
The Butter Beans should have a pale white/creamy colour. The beans are a large flat kidney shape with a seed coat that should be smooth and uniform. The beans should soften after 8 hours soaking.
