Plain Wholemeal Cous Cous just add water.
Serve hot or cold to accompany stews, salads, tagines, roast meat.
Just add water! Leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water. Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately. For extra richness, fork through a knob of butter or drizzle over a little olive oil.

I find that this wholemeal cous cous has a much better taste and texture than the more usual white cous cous.

What can you say about cous cous? I really like the fact that if I buy this is larger quantities I pay less per gm for it.
