About Organic Wholegrain Buckwheat Flour
A sweet and speckled rustic flour ground by millstones. Buckwheat has no connection with common wheat. Great for noodles, pancakes and blinis.
During the milling process the whole hulled buckwheat is separated into flour and bran. Whole-flour is a mixture of white flour and buckwheat bran.
