About Cider Vinegar unpasteurised
Fermented from classic cooking and eating apples, this vinegar has a beautifully delicate apple flavour and a pleasant clean finish. Aspall Classic Cyder vinegar is bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives ensuring a fuller flavour.
For a simple vinaigrette, thicken 2 tablespoons of Aspall Cyder Vinegar with 6 tablespoons of virgin olive oil and season to taste.
Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
Acidity: 5%
Available in: 350ml bottle, 500ml bottle, 1L bottle, 5L container and 25L container .
