About Marjoram
Marjoram is good with eggs, cheese and mushroom dishes and some hearty vegetables. Marjoram was once used as a meat preservative and even today the taste of marjoram blends well with meats of many types. Unlike fresh, you should add dried marjoram at the beginning of the recipe unless explicitly directed otherwise.
