Apple 'Annie Elizabeth' is an excellent late variety. It's a wonderful cooker with large fruit that needs no sugar to sweeten it. Keeps its shape when cooked.

This cooker apple makes apple pies like my granny made them. With a few raisins and some cinnamon added you can manage with no added sugar. The whole family love apple pies when these are in season.
