About Organic Red Wine Vinegar
Red Wine vinegar made from whole organically grown Rioja grapes with a heady aroma with a full body - wonderful for marinating or strong flavoured dishes.
A distinctly coloured vinegar created on the banks of the river Ebro which runs through the Rioja region of Spain. Fermented from the fresh pressed juice of whole organically grown Rioja grapes which are traditionally sweeter and fuller bodied, giving our products more character and flavour. The wine vinegars are matured before being bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives and additives to ensure a full natural flavour. Healthy eating with good taste.
Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
