Vegetable Sushi

300g sushi rice More products
4 sheets of nori seaweed More products
1 cucumber More products
sesame seeds More products

Method

  • Lay a sheet of seaweed flat, spread steamed sushi rice from the middle to corner.
  • Place a slice of avocado with a slice cucumber on top of the rice.
  • Dampen seaweed so that it sticks and bring one side over the other creating a cone shape.
  • Garnish with chopped chives or sesame seeds and serve with some tamari or soy sauce, some sushi ginger and some wasabi paste .
